Privacy policy
Gamezfan (“we”, “us”) runs a website of free browser games at www.gamezfan.com. This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to information when you visit.
1. You do not need an account
There is no sign-up, no login and no user profile on this site. We do not ask you for your name, your email address, your phone number or your date of birth in order to play a game.
2. Advertising and cookies
This site shows advertising supplied by Google AdSense. To do that, Google and its partners may:
- place and read cookies or similar identifiers on your device;
- collect information such as your approximate location (from your IP address), your device and browser type, and which pages you viewed;
- use that information to show ads that may be more relevant to you, and to measure how ads perform.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can turn off personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, and you can read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You may also opt out of third-party ad cookies at www.aboutads.info.
Your browser settings also let you block or delete cookies. Blocking them will not stop you playing the games on this site.
3. Hosting and server logs
Like almost every website, our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is requested — the IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser used. This is used to keep the site running and secure, and is not used to build a profile of you.
4. The games themselves
The games on this site are HTML5 games hosted on our own servers. Some games may show an advertisement of their own before or during play, supplied through the same Google advertising service described above. Games are the property of their respective owners.
5. Children
This site is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and there is nothing on the site that asks a visitor for personal details. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below and we will remove it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to it being used for advertising. Because we do not hold accounts or personal records, the practical route for advertising data is the Google settings linked in section 2. For anything else, write to us and we will help.
7. Links to other sites
Advertisements and some links lead to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those sites.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
